Its been another very busy week for all of the RSB Rig Pro team.
The week started with the unstepping of the mizzen mast onboard the 56 meter Perini ketch Panthalassa. The rig was lifted into the high load trollies and the team immediately started to break down the tip cups to allow the service work to be carried out.
On Tuesday the 54 meter mast onboard the stunning J Class yacht Velsheda was lifted out and placed on the ground to enable the Southern Spars EC6 continuous rigging to be inspected and minor service work to be carried out to the mast.
On Thursday with the work completed on the Panthalassa spreaders the mast was re-stepped onboard and will now be tuned ready for sea trials in November.
Today we unstepped the Hall Spar mast onboard the Shipman 80 Nadejda. The rig will be out for 6 weeks while the Future Fibres cables are shipped back to Valencia for testing and servicing.
