With the Xmas holiday period rapidly approaching the pressure is on to start getting masts back in the boats that are leaving for the Caribbean.

Yesterday morning we restepped the mast onboard the Shipman 72, Nadejda. Due to a shipping delay the rig was stepped without the forestay and furler motor however this will be fitted as soon as the parts arrive. With the ship they are loading on to for the crossing being delayed by a week we have enough time to get the rig tuned and the trials completed before they depart.
