S/Y Rainbow - New Mast
RSB Rigging Solutions recently stepped a new mast on the J-Class yacht, Rainbow. Working alongside Rig Pro, the mast was unloaded, unpacked, dressed, stepped and tuned to ensure optimal performance for this classic J.
Our team meticulously managed every aspect, from unstepping the old mast to stepping the new one, and performed all necessary rigging adjustments. Rainbow now features a state-of-the-art mast and standing rigging, enhancing its sailing capabilities, ensuring safety and reliability on the water
load testing
M/Y Lind – 52m Amels Motor Yacht
A critical request was made following a damaged steel wire crane cable on M/Y Lind’s Van Driel rescue boat lifting appliance. A DNV approved replacement crane cable was supplied and installed at short notice so the vessel could depart in time for charter.
A thorough examination was conducted in accordance with OEM requirements and this 2200kg proof load test was performed using a Seaflex Water Weight Load Bag. The loads were measured using a calibrated Cyclops Marine Smart Link 20t Load Cell carried out by LEEA certified lifting technician witnessed by Lloyds Class Register surveyors in accordance with IMO MSC402(96).
The onboard engineers followed the planned maintenance schedule, so the crane performed exceptionally well, holding steady under the load with no signs of strain deformation.

S/Y Alexa of London - Supply of New Mooring Lines
RSB Rigging Solutions recently completed a project delivering a custom supply of high-quality mooring lines for S/Y Alexa of London. The new mooring lines were fabricated from Gleistein supplied ropes, known for their durability and performance in the yachting industry. Each line was fitted with Dyneema chafe protection on the eyes, ensuring enhanced resistance against wear and prolonging the lifespan of the lines.
This upgrade reinforces Alexa of London’s mooring system, providing reliable and robust docking solutions tailored to meet the high standards of superyacht operations.

M/Y Odessa 2 - Custom Lifting Solutions
RSB Rigging’s splicing team recently fabricated custom-built tender bridles for M/Y Odessa 2, working in collaboration with our load testing department. The project involved precise splicing work to create tailored lifting solutions, which were then installed, inspected, and certified by our LEEA-qualified load testing team. This ensured that all components met strict safety and performance standards, providing Odessa 2 with durable and reliable tender lifting gear.

S/Y Delusha New IFS Motor
RSB Rigging Solutions successfully installed a new IFS motor and reconnected the stay for S/Y Delusha. Our expert team managed the entire process, ensuring precise installation and seamless integration with existing systems.
