Yesterday was a day of firsts for the RSB team; it was the first big rig step of the season, and the first big rig step in full hazmat gear ever!
Taking the safety of our team and the yacht crew as paramount, our riggers donned their full body suits and PPE to get this huge 20ton rig safely back aboard Perini Navi built S/Y Panthalassa… the only thing missing was the celebratory beer on the dock after a good job done – that has been put on hold until the end of ‘Rigging in the time of Covid19’.
