Your Role:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and inspection of standing and running rigging.
• Perform splicing, tuning, and load testing of custom rigging solutions.
• Work both in the workshop and onboard vessels locally and internationally
• Collaborate with engineers and rigging specialists to deliver the highest standards in safety and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or strong interest in yacht rigging and marine deck systems.
• Ability to work at height.
• Good practical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset.
• A team-player attitude with a proactive, solution driven approach.
• Strong communication and adaptability in dynamic work environments.

Bonus if You Have:

• Previous experience working on superyachts or performance sailing yachts.
• Knowledge of splicing, and working with polyester, Dyneema, and other aramid products.
• Knowledge composite standing rigging.
• Familiarity with load testing equipment, hydraulics, or deck hardware systems.
• Certifications related to rigging, working at heights, or safety and first aid.
